We have many advanced equipments, such as 4 sets of screw extruders from Germany Oerlikon Barmag Company, 5 sets of air compressors and 1 set of COTS from American Sullair Corporation. The production capacity is over 8,000 metric tons every year. Our company has been authorized ISO9001:2000 certificate.

Zhejiang Nylon Fibre Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Qianchao Nylon Co., Ltd. Furthermore, Hangzhou Xiaoshan Qianchao Nylon Co., Ltd is a key enterprise in Xiaoshan,with 11-year experiences in this line. It covers an area of 15,000 square meters, with a construction area of 9,850 square meters. We have more than 180 staff members and 38 of them are technicians. The investment capital reaches one hundred and thirty million RMB.It is one of the most professional manufacturers of nylon 6 DTY in Xiaoshan. It has many advanced production equipments, such as 8 sets of elasticizers from Italy RPR Company and 7 sets of elasticizers from France ICBT Company. The production capacity of DTY is over 10,000 metric tons every year, and we also have a factory which produces covered yarn. The production capacity of covered yarn is over 4,000 metric tons every year.
